Description of Position/Duties:
- 1) Client Intake
- 2) Court appearances in set date court
- 3) Research and writing, preparing factums, appeals, affidavits, etc.
- 4) Billings, scheduling and other duties as they arise
Salary: Unpaid position
Hours: Flexible: 25-30 hours per week
Requirements:
- 1) Demonstrable interest in criminal law
- 2) Strong research and writing skills
- 3) Strong organizational and time management skills
- 4) Farsi language skills a definite asset
